You will never be forgotten!

Posted on 3/28/08 - by Bill Marshall bmarshall@mrioc.com

We grew up in the same small community in Ohio, you were two years younger than me and our lives took differnet directions. You to the Army and me to the Air Force. I arrived in Vietnam three months prior to you and did not learn of your death until I returned in Apr 69. I often think of you and remember those carefree days of childhood. I will never forget you and the sacrifice you made as a soldier of your country. I visited you on the wall in Nov 2007 to pay tribute to you and the others who gave their lives during the Vietnam war. You and others whose names appear on the wall are heroes and you will never be forgotten. Rest in Peace Brother! SALUTE
