This is the dedication speaches for the Plaque covered in the background. The women with the mike is an interpretor, to her left is the Mayor of Wollbach, and to his left is the women who was the cook at the camp. To the far left is a reporter from the towns newspaper.
The Mayor remembered when he was a young boy he would come to the Camp and the soldiers would give him chewing gum and take him to the mess hall and he would get french fries and ice cream.
