I will not submit this for every award since that would not make much sense. I have submitted it for the VUA and the RVN CAUC...The RVN Gallantry Cross with Palm unit Citation was authorized for every unit assigned to USAV or MACV by the SVN Military and Government as a show of gratitude after our troops left. So check out AR 600-8-22 since every person who served in Vietnam is authorized that award.
