~In Humble Tribute~

It is an Honor to pay tribute to Pfc Arthur Murry Wood, with So Much Gratitude for his Courage, Service and Dedication to our Country and for Freedom. Rest well and know that you will NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. I am the sister of Sgt. David Dickinson, who also made the Supreme Sacrifice in Vietnam in 1967..... THEY SHALL NOT GROW OLD, AS WE THAT ARE LEFT GROW OLD AGE SHALL NOT WEARY THEM, NOR THE YEARS CONDEM. AT THE GOING DOWN OF THE SUN AND IN THE MORNING, WE WILL REMEMBER THEM. “You are Remembered”
Peace and condolence, to the family and friends. "He which hath no stomach to this fight let him depart. But we in it shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers!! For he today, that sheds his blood with me, shall always be my brother”. Rest in peace brave soldier, you have not been forgotten. (W.Shakespeare)
May God Bless You for your Sacrifice!!!

I am a stranger to this Hero
Cape Town, South Africa
Not one entry I found for you , oh young fallen hero. Will a country you died for not remember that fateful date of 27 June 1966 - how I pray that somehow you know that your best was good enough for God. Arthur Wood, your path never took you back to your family alive - a stranger remembers you.

Mickey Wood
Mickey, we didn't start out as friends, just a couple of boys trying to impress each other. We ended up as friends, and I still remember all the good times that we had. I miss you buddy, and I won't forget. Jimmy
