To a great Army Officer from a lowly Squid Officer
Mike, We were great friends on the University of Virginia Pistol Team. All those times together in the basement range of the NROTC building...I so hoped that even though I was a dedicated Squid, we would meet some day and hoist a few. Well, I've hoisted more than a few since I found you're with our Lord and Saviour, and I never fail to tell Him how much you're missed. I know your Dad, who you mentioned with such reverence, knows that you gave your all for the country you loved so much. Here's to a hero, Alex
