Marvin, this past September The Traveling Wall came to Blue Springs. Myself, Dick Cooper, Dave Cupp and Judy Palmer all went. We saw your name and left your Senior picture from the year book. We also looked up Tommy Lollar, Terry Allen and Tom Testorff. You are missed my friend but not forgotten!

Sonny (nickname) was a very likable guy (mothers adored him) Once he borrowed my car for an amorous reason but didn't get home until 3:00 A.M. I had to walk home from 10 miles away I learned a lesson that night.

Class of '67 NKCHS
The fall of '89 I went to the wall. I saw too many names from NKCHS, yours was the first. I have your rubbing in my office. Remember when we had JV football practice and the coach made us practice on the blacktop. We wondered what could be worse, little did we know. I am now a life time member of the KC Heart of America Chapter 317 of VVOA. Your friendship is a live and well.

Remembrance
Sonny was a great guy. It makes me wonder if the old saying the good die young doesnt have some truth to it. My mother even liked him which is quite an accomplishment God Bless You Sonny Mark E. Fleming
