REMBERING KEITH
Posted on 5/24/14 - by DAVE FOLCK Simi Valley, CA
We were in the same basic training company. He seemed like a nice guy. I'm sorry that he didn't make it home. I saw his name among those I was reading aloud at the mobile Vietnam Veterans Memorial (replica) early this morning (5/24/14) in Simi Valley, CA. It floored me.

Peace.....
Keith: I still miss you. You were a good and loyal friend to myself and many others at TUHS. I always admired your intelligence and often wonder what wonderful things you would have done with your bright mind. Peace.....

TOO MANY, TOO YOUNG
TOO MANY YOUNG SOLDIERS LOST THIER LIVES,WITHOUT SO MUCH AS A THANK YOU FROM MANY OF US THAT DIDN'T QUITE UNDERSTAND THE VIETNAM WAR. I WONDER IF YOU AND MY BROTHER JOE (JOSE FRANCISCO ARROYO) EVER SHARED A THOUGHT, A MEAL, A GAME OF CARDS, I WONDER IF YOU WERE FRIENDS, FOR NOW YOU SHARE THE SAME WALL, THE SAME PANEL, THE SAME PLACE IN OUR HEARTS,AND NOW YOU SHARE THE SAME PLACE IN HEAVEN. GOD BLESS YOU, GOD BLESS YOUR FAMILY, GOD BLESS ALL THOSE YOU LEFT BEHIND?

Not forgotten
Keith, Although we never met, I just want you to know you are not forgotten. You gave the ultimate sacrifice, your life for what you believed in. Sleep well my friend, and thank you for protecting the freedoms we have today.
