Fellow Bobcat and friend
James, I thought, of you and Glendell Morgan, all day, yesterday. I still remember that day, when the Chaplain, came, to see me, at the 12th, Evac., Hosp., in Cu Chi and told me, that track 12, was hit, with an RPG., rocket and that you, Glendell Chester Morgan, Lee Russ and Jordan, were killed. God bless you, all.

“You are Remembered”
Peace and condolence, to the family and friends. “He which hath no stomach, to this fight, let him depart. But we in it, shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers!! For he today, that sheds his blood with me, shall always be my brother.” Rest in peace brave soldier, you have not been forgotten. (W.Shakespeare) May God Bless you, for your Sacrifice!!!

It saddens me, that there are, yet, no entries for this Hero, but at the same, time, it makes me so very proud, to be the first, to pay tribute, to this fallen, warrior, in this forum. Thank you, SP4, Flickinger, for your ultimate sacrifice. Rest well, brave soldier, for you, Sir, are not forgotten.

ANONYMOUS AND GRATEFUL
HOW, CAN IT BE, THAT, SOMEONE SO YOUNG, CAN, GIVE THEIR LIFE, FOR OUR COUNTRY AND SO FEW, ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR SACRIFICE. SOME, OF US CARE. THANK YOU, SEEMS SO INADEQUATE, BUT IT'S, ALL I HAVE.

NATIVE AMERICAN PRAYER
It is said a man hasn't died as long as he is remembered. This prayer is a way for families, friends and fellow veterans to remember our fallen brothers and sisters. Do not stand at my grave and weep I am not there, I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow, I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the morning hush, I am the swift, uplifting rush of quiet birds in circled flight, I am the stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry, I am not there, I did not die

Thank You
I am student at Gridley high school. I am a senior and for my sociology class I am doing a posting project for the fallen soldiers of Vietnam. I would like to thank you for the ultimate sacrifice that you made for America and me. You showed great courage and heart for what you did for the American people. Thank you for everything that you did, your family should be proud.
Sincerely,

To call you a brother
I would like to claim you as my brother, James. I could say my brother was brave. He fought hard and with all the love for his country he could muster. I could say that my brother was a hero. But you are not my brother. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your selfless and courageous sacrifice you made for this great nation of ours. I am proud to claim you as a fellow American. God bless your family and loved ones. May you rest in peace. (Posted as a project of Gridley High School, IL.)
