I was there when Tisch was killed. He was run over by an APC ( I think it was the platoon leaders APC) and died immediately. When we all realized what had happened, Larry Mulinax, a close friend of Tisch's, took off into the woods. Larry had left his weapon so I followed to watch after him. Tisch was asleep on the ground when the track rolled in and the driver did not see him. We all took his death very hard. He was a great guy and I, as surely as others who knew him, will never forget him.
