WV – West Virginia Service Ribbon – Five years in WV Guard, Have two now and that will be it.
GA – Georgia Counterdrug Operations – Was in the RAID unit, Helicopter crew chief 1995 -1997 Pulled many a pot plant. It was a cool job, got to chase the helicopter all around the state and service it wherever it landed. Some trips went for a couple weeks. Always ate good with the LEOs.
GA – 1996 Olympics, Atlanta– Worked operations during Olympics and crewed many OH-58s from several different states. It was a hot four weeks of 24 hours coverage, but all atheletes were kept safe.
