Last Known Activity:

Philippine Insurrection Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient. Served in the United States Army during the Insurrection in the Philippines as a Captain in the 6th United States Regular Infantry. He was awarded the CMOH for his bravery at Bobong, Negros, Philippine Islands on July 19, 1899. His citation reads "Most distinguished gallantry in rallying his men on the bridge after the line had been broken and pushed back." His Medal was awarded to him on July 15, 1902.
