 Additional Information
Last Known Activity
Don entered the Service in 1956.  He was 28 years of age when he died in 1968.  He was a member of 1st Platoon while in A Troop, 3/4 Cav.  His Presidential Unit Citation is from DA GO 69,69.  He attended Central High School while in Oklahoma City. His wife was named Sandra.  He had a daughter, Candice Lee, and a son, Bryan Dale.  2 brothers, Peter and George and 4 sisters, Mrs. Sarah Ranal Choctaw, Mrs. Silvia Starr, Mrs. Katherine Franks, and Mrs. Leona George.  His mother, Mrs. Silvia Fain, survived him.  His father, Peter Lee Andrew Lloyd, had died in 1966.  At some point he was also stationed at Fort Hood, Texas with the 2nd Armored Division. He was also stationed at Camp Casey Korea in 1960.   I'm guessing he had his AIT at Fort Knox, Kentucky sometime in 1957.  He is buried at Del City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma at Sunny Lane Cemetery,  Plot: section 10.
