Last Known Activity
SP4 Goodchild enlisted February 1971.

He served with 18th Aviation Company (CORPS), 164th Aviation Group, 1st Aviation Brigade.  He was killed while a passenger  in the crash of a CH-47C (tail number 69-17119) that killed the crew of 5 and 17 Army passengers. Brought down by an SA-7 missile. near My Tho, while en route from Saigon to Con Tho.

He was interred in Oakwood Cemetery, Flint, Michigan
