Responsible for developing, reviewing ,refining, and executing  a Program of Instruction consisting of crew, platoon, and company level leader and collective training (including live-fire events) for Iraqi Army Mechanized Forces in order to continue their professionalism and development to operate across the spectrum of conflict. Create an Iraqi Cadre capability to perform these duties. Supervise a 19-man US and 48-man Iraqi Cadre for the performance of these duties
