T/SGT ALBERT KERZIC ENLISTED IN THE U.S. ARMY ON 4 JUNE 1940 AND TWO MONTHS LATER WAS SENT TO OAHU, HAWAII WHERE HE SERVED WITH HEADQUARTERS BATTERY, 755TH AAA GUN BATTALION, 139TH ANTI AIRCRAFT ARTILLERY GROUP UNTIL 30 MAY 1945. AFTER RETURNING TO THE STATES T/SGT KERZIC WAS HONORABLY DISCHARGED AT CAMP ATTERBURY, INDIANA ON 15 JUNE 1945. ALBERT KERZIC PASSED AWAY IN BRUNSWICK, OHIO ON 26 MAY 1994.
