CPL Burley Richard Bohon worked as a carpentery foreman before entering the service on 22 March 1943. He served in Europe with Company B, 53rd Armored Engineer Battalion, 8th Armored Division from 18 November 1944 to 11 June 1945. Burley Bohon passed away on 17 March 2000 and was laid to rest at the Bethel Cemetery in Rachel, WV.
