Memories This was a Joint, Combined Task Force assembled to install an air field in the Andes Mountains near Potosi in Bolivia, S.A. We were a M.A.S.H. Unit attached to the 34th Engineering Btn. Our Base Camp was at 18,000 feet in an abandoned Russian mining camp and lasted six months.
