Memories For This Unit

Other Memories
I was a senior instructor for Primary Leadership Development Course (PLDC).  We were the first Army academy to receive our accreditation by TRADOC for PLDC in the United States.  PLDC was primarily designed for E-4's and E-5's that had not previously attended an NCO academy, however it was not uncommon to have E-6's and some E-7's going through the course that had never previously had any formal leadership training.
