Chain of Command Served as Chief of Staff for the Georgia National Guard
Other Memories After returning home and being demobilized in January 1946, Brigadier General Archibald Kennedy decided not to completely retire and instead went back to the Georgia National Guard. He served as Chief of Staff in the tumultous days after WWII, as millions of servicemen were returning home and demobilizing, as well as the Air National Guard being created as a separate entity.
