WILLIAMS, FRANCIS W., COL, USAF, Ret. On 26, August 1985, at age 78, of Port St Lucie, Fla., formerly of Arlington, Va., husband of Irene Williams; father of Diane Williams of Dallas, Tex. Services and interment were held in Arlington National Cemetery on September 18, 1985. He was President Truman's pilot. Family requests donations be made to charity of choice in his name.
