Last Known Activity
MG Allen was the Chief of Staff for the fake1st Army Group in Great Britain from 1943 - July 1944.
He then became the 12th Army Group Chief of Staff in the ETO.
He was also the 8th Army Chief of Staff in Japan and Korea in 1950 - 1951. 

MG Allen passed away in 1979.
