Best Moment My 2 bosses both left after I was there for 7 months and I was the NCOIC for the OPNS Div responsible for doing all the Recces for future training sites, budget and I was the Field SGM when we were activated by SHAPE HQ. I was the first POC and would move a small section of the staff to our Location and I had 2 Turkish LT's who each had 100 soldiers one was for setting up the jump TOC and the other was the Security Force and after the first 72 hours I would direct where and how the field TOC was established and secured. Then it was my job to move the staff into the TOC and support them for another 72 hours and if needed I would them need to jump the TOC to another location. The staff consisted of US, Turkish, Italian and British officers. I also prepared and conducted the weapons qualification for all the enlisted US soldiers.
