Commissioned in June 1910 as 2LT of Cavalry.
Served as the AEF Military Police Provost Marshal in WWI.
MG Millikin commanded III Corps from 1943 - 1945 in the ETO during WW2.
Retired in Feb 1948.
He was promoted to MG in Jun 1948 (Retired List).
