MG Parker commanded the 78th Infantry Division throughout the ETO Campaigns of WW2.

He also served as the US Army Provost Marshal from 1948 - 1953.

Upon retirement, he was the Business Manager for the St. Albans School for Boys in Washington D.C., 1960 - 1970.
