Memories For This Unit

Best Friends
CPT Ellenberger - ops off, very inteligent
1st LT Wyatt - great commisioned officer
CW2 Sam Wray - night google wizard, friend
WO1 Harris - always a laugh
WO1 Robert Price, my co-pilot
SSG Sierra - Medic

Best Moment
Flying in support of the CIA, Navy, Navy SEALS and SF.

Worst Moment
Arriving in country, thought I was back in Viet Nam, looks same.

Chain of Command
82nd Med Det was attached to te 134th Avn Co from Fort Riley for aviation support while in Hounduras. Was assigned as Med Evac pilot, Task Force Bravo Safety Officer and covertly as Spec Ops pilot.

Since I had a TS Special Intel clearance I was utilized by SOCSOUTH in support of their efforts in country. Mission classified TS.

Other Memories
SEALS were a great bunch of guys.

Also performed MEDEVAC missions for NAVY and CIA.

Nights, all nav lights off, low level, being shot at in El Salvador.

Dole banna plantation, it was huge.
