Best Moment
Bn Commanders policy of removing any soldier from field duty who was 'short' 30 days.... Fantastic morale move.
Recognizing my success at intelligence gathering during our village "MedCaps" utilizing my guys along with interpreters to walk through the village talking with the various men,women, children.
   

Worst Moment
Being require to identify fellow officers remains at morgue. Being pulled from duty due to heat exhaustion- 2 days. Receiving Bn Commanders 1 on 1 talk regarding Bn OD catching a radio on perimeter guard on my watch-- After my
having confiscated radio from same 'guard' on my previous security check.

Other Memories
"Med Caps" to various villages; finding children with cleft pallets and arranging for reconstructive surgery- when children returned to village - VC lost control of it.
