What are you doing now:
I'm not currently work, but I did work for AAFES @ Schofield Barracks from 1993-2000. I left the job to live with a friend. I also worked for the Tachi Palace Hotel/Casino in Lemoore, California for a year. Now we are heading back to Whidbey Island, Oak Harbor, Washington State.
Other Comments:
Couldn't find the units I was assigned to. I took my AIT at Ft. Lee Quartermaster School in 1969. My assignment after AIT was with the 40th S&S Co. Ft Irwin. When they close th post down in 1971 they transferred the company to Ft. Carson. I got out after 2 yrs in the Army, but came back in Nov 1973. I was assigned to 6th Maintance Co. @ McKee Barracks in 1973. From there, I went to Ft. Knox, work at the Property Book Center. I left Ft Knox to South Korea, Camp Humphreys, I don't remember the unit. From Humphreys, I was assigned to Ft. Lewis, worked at the Installation Supply Division. Then I headed to Wiesbaden, assigned to HHC @ Mainz-Kastel. In Ft. Hood, was assigned to Special Support Bn, and worked at the Material Managment Center. My second tour to South Korea, I was assigned to 2nd Infantry DMMC in Camp Casey. My second tour to Ft. Hood, I was assigned to DISCOM, and was selected to be a Senior Supply Advisor in the Gulf War. I retired after returning from the Gulf War.
