Under direction of the Assistant Commissioner for Operations, with wide latitude for the exercise of independent judgment and initiative, administers the non-medical aspects of the Homecrest District Health Center; plans, develops, and administers supportive services for public health programs within the facility of considerable size and/or complexity, including immunization, health care access, personal health services, school children and adolescent health, laboratory services, and environmental health; duties include responsibility for facilities management, contract administration, capital project management, allocation of funds, monitoring, evaluation, and contract compliance in service areas for the facility.
