Support the NATO Training Mission -Afghanistan through mentoring the Director of Plans and Operations of the Afghanistan National Police in the Ministry of the Interior, in close collaboration with coalition members to achieve full Afghan National Police autonomy for plans and operations. Conduct combined metrics based assessments and products for achieving milestones as defined by the work plan to support the effort, monitor progress and provide recommendations as necessary to continue improvements.
