Phil was with the 716th MP's from February 1967-February 1968. Phil was with the 716th during TET 1968. I was with the 716th MP's from December 1971-December 1972 my third tour of duty in Vietnam. This photo was taken on Veterans Day 2011 at the Royer Park Veterans Hall in Roseville CA.
