In 1940 Orland S. Loomis ran for Governor of Wisconsin as a Republican and lost by a narrow margin. In 1942 he ran as on the Progressive Party ticket and won but died a few weeks later before taking office. Pin made in Chicago by Allied Printing. Paid for by L.C. Fons, Milwaukee Wis.
