Congressional Medal of Honor recepient COL(ret) Ola Lee Mize at the 50th anniversary celebration of the 20th SFG(A) on July 18, 2009 in Birmingham, AL. The stone marker to COL Mize's right rear was placed there to honor him and was rededicated that same day. I met COL Mize one day in early 1972 at the old Oporto Armory in Birmingham where he served for many years as the Senior Army Advisor to the 20th SFG(A). Photo provided by COL(ret) Phil Davis.
