Taken in front of hospital belonging to Cameroon Baptist Convention - established by Dr. James & Ina Smith, formerly of Colorado Springs, CO. This was the first landing of the helicopter on this site - July 17th during visit of staff from Banso Baptist Hospital.
Ruth and I visited the Smith's (members of our church) here in 2004. That is when we first heard of Wycliffe Bible Translators (JAARS) desire to add a helicopter to their fleet in Cameroon.
