Charels Allan Salas today as a Veterans Service Representative in the State of California. At least he was one here in this photo. I was just made aware of the fact that he is now on the National Registry as a National VSO (Veteran's Service Officer) I know he's helped probably in the thousands now of Veterans receive thier benefits. I know he help me in mine.
