Dona Ana Range/McGregor Range (near Ft. Bliss, Texas), January-March 1997. SPC Gavigan was returning to the hut, but I can't remember why I took this picture. I think I caught him coming from somewhere he wasn't supposed to be, but maybe someday he'll see this and by chance he remembers. I haven't seen him since I ran into him at Camp Humphreys, Korea, but I know he became an Officer and was a Captain the last time we made contact.
