Dona Ana Range/McGregor Range (near Ft. Bliss, Texas), January-March 1997. We lived in these huts for a few weeks during Hellfire Gunnery with the OH-58D's from 1-10th (Attack) Aviation Battalion. There were many days-long games of "Risk" (best move went to SPC Gavigan), as well as the infamous "Water Tower Incident" (in picture #2) where two of our Soldiers were told to paint a 10th Mountain Division Patch on it by the Battalion XO and were arrested by the MP's. More good times!
