Rivera-Montes, Chaney, Littau, Augustine. A RPG struck Chaney in the head while he was sitting on the loaders hatch and then blew Rivera- Montes apart who was sitting in the tank commander's cuopalo. Rivera-Montes at one time was my platoon sergeant in the second platoon of A troop. Notice the blackhawk in strike mode of the dust cover for the xenon searchlight, the red background denoted A troop.
