I was stationed with the 3rd Army Central Finance Office, assigned to HQ Company, at Ft. McPherson Ga 1960-63. I lived next door to Capt. Euripides Rubio, Jr. during the time he was stationed there in 1962 & knew him fairly well.
Some corrections/additions for his profile:
[1] He arrived/departed with the rank of Captain.
[2] He was the Company Commander of the Garrison MP Company during his time of service there.
