  • Activated 1 September 1943 at Fort Custer, Michigan

  • Inactivated 15 October 1945 at Camp Claiborne, Louisiana

  • Redesignated 24 November 1952 as the 630th Military Police Company and allotted to the Regular Army

  • Activated 25 June 1965 at Fort Riley, Kansas

  • Inactivated 17 April 1972 in Vietnam

  • Activated 21 October 1977 in Germany
