Achievement #1
Served as Senior Instructor/Writer SME and NCOIC of the Sterile Products Section to more than 500 68Q at AMEDD Center and School, SFC Primus successfully integrated the previously independent sterile products course into the existing Pharmacy Technician Course. The integration saved the Army $18,000 per year. She also developed the Sterile Products Exportable Training and Competency Assessment program which provided Army pharmacy technicians the improved schoolhouse training at their present duty location.
Achievement #2
Served as the Clinical Pharmacy NCOIC at Walter Reed Army Medical Center where she provided her extraordinary technical expertise and interpreted several thousand data points that serves as the foundation for two published journal articles while expertly managing four clinical information databases will 100% accuracy. She also served as the NCOIC of Inpatient Pharmacy at WRAMC where she supervised and mentored 26 technicians and maintained over 3,500 line items valued at over $500,000.
Achievement#3
SFC Primus served admirably as the Training NOCIC for over 500 assigned Solders and ensured planning, coordination and tracking of all Alpha Company unit training at WRAMC. Because of her outstanding leadership abilities she was selected ahead of peers to act as the company First Sergeant performing admirably. SFC Primus was able to user her visionary skills and technical proficiency beyond the pharmacy to create and maintain a comprehensive database that tracks all accountable training data. After 10 years it is still used today.
Achievement #4
Served as the Pharmacy Department NCOIC/Senior Enlisted Advisor for the US Army MEDDAC, Bavaria. She was the SME and overall project manager in the BMEDDAC's fielding of the Pharmacy 2000/Accumed system, which has significantly increased pharmacy dispensing safety, as well as decreased patient wait times at all clinics. SFC Primus was the pharmacy manager for all PDPs/RDPs and mail order prescriptions ensuring all of the BMEDDAC area's Soldiers deploying in support of OEF/OIF have the medications they need.

Your tireless devotion, clinical acumen, and demonstrated compassion has set the standards for other to emulate, while impacting the personal well being and morale of Soldiers, Family Members, and Patients throughout your military career. Your performance reflects great credit upon you, the Europe Regional Medical Command, the United States Army Medical Command, the Army Medical Department, and the United States Army.
