Achievement #1 Completed a meticulous update of outpatient pharmacy computer system resulting in increase efficiency and effectiveness of the system in order to accommodate the high volume of workload. This task was accomplished in addition to normal duties and additional duties. Achievement #2 Edited over 900 pharmaceutical products to ensure correct spelling of medication and to change to generic name (trade name) format as applicable. Revised over 4000 product "short codes" which allows for increased efficiency in calling products up on the computer. Achievement #3 Inactivated and deleted 1490 pharmaceutica products from the computer system to decrease the chances of incorrect product selection and to create additional hard disk space. All product updates were done in alignment with the RACH formulary, and the formulary was updated as well. Achievement #4 Edited master alpha listing in computer in order that pharmaceutical products can be called up and printed by generic name, allowing for future updates to be performed more expeditiously. Citation 2 December 1991 to 18 March 1992 For outstanding achievement in successfully implementing revisions to the outpatient pharmacy computer system. Significant improvement in the operations of the outpatient pharmacy section will be accomplished due to her untiring efforts. Her performance reflects great credit upon herself and the United States Army.
