1984-1984, Military Intelligence Advanced NCO Course (ANCOC) (MI Branch ANCOC,FT Huachuca, Arizona)
Description
The Military Intelligence Advanced NCO Course (MIANCOC) is a professional development program offered by the United States Army to non-commissioned officers (NCOs) in the military intelligence career field. The course is designed to provide advanced training and education to NCOs who have already completed the Basic NCO Course (BNCOC) and the Advanced NCO Course (ANCOC).

The MIANCOC is a 17-week resident course that is offered at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The course is divided into three phases: common core, MOS-specific training, and leadership development.

During the common core phase, students receive instruction on intelligence operations, analysis, and planning, as well as leadership and management skills. In the MOS-specific training phase, students receive specialized training in their particular military intelligence specialty, such as human intelligence (HUMINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), or geospatial intelligence (GEOINT). Finally, in the leadership development phase, students focus on developing their leadership skills and abilities.

The MIANCOC is a challenging and rigorous course that is designed to prepare NCOs for positions of greater responsibility within the military intelligence community. Graduates of the course are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead and manage intelligence operations at the tactical and operational levels.
