What are you doing now: After fourteen years with Boeing, four years with General Dynamics - Convair Division, ten years with various aerospace manufacturing companies, and four years with Alcoa as a Quality Assurance professional manager (Director, Manager, Plant Manager) . . . and three retirements I am now a retired Artist Wannabe. Into music, dancing, world travel, photography, shooting and computers.
As crazy as it sounds, I have gone back to work again. This time as a contract Quality Representative through Verify Inc. for Rolls-Royce Engines out of Indianapolis, Indiana. Great hours and I am doing familiar things and having fun. Go figure . . . When we were traveling I really loved being retired. Doing home projects and remodeling is not what I consider retirement.
Left Rolls Royce Engines for a short time with the idea that this would finally lead to full-ime retirement, but after a dew months it led me to full time employment as a Landman for Onshore leasing. Go figgar' . . .

Other Comments: Strange story regarding units served in: I remember serving in Delta Battery, 320th Divarty - 82nd Airborne Division, Ft. Bragg North Carolina. When my Mother passed, my old Class A's were in her trunk, and surprise of surprises it had the 18th Airborne Corps patch. (Note: Delta Battery is not even listed in the selections available for the "320th Airborne Artillery).
This caused me to check my DD214, and another surprise: It states that my last duty assignment was: Btry "C", TAB 26th Arty - 3rd US Army. I do not remember serving one day in either the 18th Airborne Corp or 26th Arty. - 3rd US Army.
Also Note: My MOS specified on my DD214 is listed as: 154.10 "Flash Ranging Crewman" . . .I selected 17C because it seemed close to what I was.
