Hard Chargers of the 1st Bn, 30th FA

Posted on 8/16/99 - by MSG (R) Dan Gillotti daniel.gillotti@dfas.mil

CPL Zisko was a member of A Battery, 1st Bn 30th FA, 1st Cavalry Division (Airmobile). He was killed during an enemy ground attack supported by heavy rocket and mortar fire at LZ BECKY. For his brave actions while fighting the enemy he was Posthumously awarded a Bronze Star Medal w/"V" and the Purple Heart. I have been in contact with his Aunt, Uncle, and his cousins who are the surviving members of his family and they miss him very much.
