Last Known Activity
CW2 Walters  was the pilot of a UH-1C (#66-15086) that was hit by B-40 rocket, going down in U-Mihn Forest.  CWO Walters died  from wounds to head/neck.

His 3 other crew were wounded.

He was interred in Fort Richardson National Cemetery, Fort Richardson, Anchorage Borough, Alaska, Plot: Section E, Site 1030.
