Last Known Activity
1st Sgt. Harden Walker had a long career in the Army, beginning with service during WWII, Korea, and Vietnam.

He was one of 20 men killed in the crash while on a combat mission of a CH-47A (tail number 64-13138), including the 4 crewmen.  The aircraft came straight down, crashing and burning, 13 nautical miles northwest of Nhon Co while deploying to a forward base.
