Glendale, KY Soldier Given Silver Star Posthumously

Posted on 5/23/17 - by Glyn Farber

Remembering a friend.

Posted on 7/8/18 - by Trent James, Russellville, AL I met Denny ironically 50 years ago today, July 8, 1968, in basic training at Ft Knox, KY. We became instant friends. We did not keep in touch after basic as we went to different duty assignments. When the internet came along, I tried to re-connect with him and was deeply saddened to find his name on the wall. I visit his resting place as often as I can. Rest in peace my friend.
