Last Known Activity
PFC Dennis Tuinstra was a 21 year old U.S. Army Infantryman who died while serving his country in Hau Nghia Prvince, South Vietnam on June 2, 1969.  He died from multiple fragmentation wounds in battle.

He was survived by his parents, Harry and Betty Tuinstra of Racine, Wisconsin as well as brothers and sisters David, Therese, Scott, Shelly, and Valerie.  PFC Tuinstra is buried at West Lawn Memorial Park, Racine, Wisconsin.
