Private First Class Jeremias Apigo was Killed in Action while being held as a Prisoner of War on May 15, 1942, by Japanese Forces at Camp O'Donnel, Luzon, Philippines.  He was assigned to the 86th Field Artillery Regiment, Philippine Divison.
