Last Known Activity
2d Lt. Rabey was a passenger in a U.S. Navy military aircraft which crashed in Ninh Thuan Province.  He was assigned to I Corps MACV. 

He was aawrded his OCS commission at Fort Knox, Class 16-66 DI. 

He had served in the Army from 1958 according to newspaper accounts.

Lt. Rabey left a wife and two children at his passing.
